The Lazo family mansion is an architectural monument of great national importance, located in Piatra village, Orhei district. It was built in the second half of the 19th century.
The mansion has an architectural style close to that of the peasant houses, with the location of the rooms around the central hall. The last boyars to own were Gheorghe and Elena Lazo, the parents of the „legendary hero” of the Russian Civil War, Serghei Lazo.

The Bogdasarov family mansion (sometimes Bagdasarov) is an architectural monument of national importance in the village of Piatra, Orhei district (Republic of Moldova), built in the 19th century.
He was raised by the Armenian nobles of the Bogdasarov family, who are said to have come to Bessarabia from Ottoman Turkey with Manuc Bei. At the beginning of the 20th century, it was a typical household for a noble family, including poultry, pig, cattle and sheep farms, as well as vineyards and orchards.
The complex was quite extensive, being occupied by all kinds of outbuildings, plus a wine cellar (the place where wine was prepared and stored) behind the mansion and a lake in front. Older residents remember that the boyar also had a garage for cars and tractors, as well as a mini power plant. After 1944, the mansion was a prison for a while, after which the farms of the kolkhoz "Serghei Lazo", a grain depot, and the kitchen, an annexe to the main building, being still today the headquarters for the tractor brigade.
